NO, even he has the duty to save the religion of the Palestinian Muslims.

Following is the fatwa of Shaykh Albani for Palestine,

Is it true that Sheikh Al-Bani claimed that the Palestinian people must leave (Hijrah) from his country?

To answer this problem, we will explain the issue of Syaikh al-Albani's fatwa on the Palestinian issue in the following points:

1. Hijrah and jihad continue until the Day of Judgment arrives.

2. The fatwa is not intended for a particular country or nation.

3. The Prophet Muhammad as a noble Prophet, he emigrated from a noble city, namely Mecca.

4. The legal migration is mandatory when a Muslim does not get a provision in his residence which is full of religious exams, he is unable to reveal the syar'i laws that Allah has imposed on him, even he is worried about the trials that have befallen him so that he becomes an apostate from religion.

This is the essence of Syaikh al-Albani's fatwa which is often hidden !!
Imam Nawawi said in Roudhatut Tholibin 10/282: "If a Muslim feels weak in an infidel country, he is unable to reveal the religion of Allah, it is forbidden for him to stay in that place and it is obligatory for him to migrate to an Islamic country.

5. If a Muslim finds the closest place from his residence to protect himself, his religion and his family, then he should move to that place without having to go abroad, because it is easier for him to return to his hometown if the slander has finished. .

6. Migrate as stated by the State to other countries, as well as from city to city or village to other villages that are still in the country.

This point was also neglected by many of the ministers, so they chatted on the pulpit and wrote in newspapers that Syaikh al-Albani ordered Palestinian residents to come out of him !!! Thus, without details and explanation !!!

7. The purpose of hijrah is to prepare forces to fight the enemies of Islam and restore Islamic law as before.

8. All this if there is ability. If a Muslim does not find land to protect himself and his religion except the land where he lives, or there are obstacles that cause him unable to migrate, or he considers that the place he will move to is the same, or he is sure that his place is in place safer for religion, self and family, or there is no place to migrate except to an infidel country too, or its existence to remain in its place of residence brings greater benefits, both for the people or for preaching the enemy and he is not worried about religion and himself , then in this situation he should remain in his residence, hopefully he will get the reward of migrating. Imam Nawawi said in Roudhah 10/282: "If he is unable to migrate, then he is given udzur until he is able". Likewise in the case of Palestine in particular, Syaikh al-Albani said: "Is there a village or city in Palestine that can be used as a place to live and maintain religion and be safe from their slander ?! If there really is one, then they should move there and not leave Palestine, because the migration in the country is capable and fulfills the goal ".

Such is the detail of Syaikh al-Albani, then is it afterwards said that he has the duty to vacate the land of Palestine or to benefit the Jews? !! Be silent O detractors and swordsmen, in fact we take refuge in Allah from your ignorance and tyranny !!

9. Muslim should believe that keeping religion and aqeedah is more important than keeping the soul and the land.

10. Suppose Syaikh al-Albani is wrong in this fatwa, does it have to be reviled and convicted by word of mouth? !! Didn't he have berijtihad with knowledge, hujjah and rules? !! Isn't a cleric if he is berijtihad, he gets two rewards and one reward if he is wrong ?! Then, is this the reply he received? !!

11. Sheikh Zuhair Syawisy said in his writings published in Al Furqon Magazine, edition 115, p. 19 that Syaikh al-Albani was preparing to fight the Jews, almost he arrived in Palestine, but there was a government ban on the mujahidin ". Syaikh al-Albani arrived in Palestine in 1948 and he prayed at the Aqsa mosque and returned as a guide to Saudi forces who were lost on the road.
